Schedules

FAQ

Answers about adding, ranking, and synchronizing schedules.

Are GitHub installs anonymous?

Yes. Adding a schedule from a public GitHub repository reports the install without identifying the person who ran the command. Set DO_NOT_TRACK=1 or DISABLE_TELEMETRY=1 to opt out.

How do schedules get listed and ranked?

Publish files under .agents/schedules/ in a public GitHub repository. The first install lists the schedule. All time ranks by total anonymous installs; Trending (7d) ranks by installs in the last seven days. Only installs from public GitHub repositories are counted.

Will pushing to two harnesses run a task twice?

Yes. Pushing the same files to two harnesses registers the task in both, and each harness can run it. Pull from one harness and push to the other only when moving the task between harnesses.

Can schedule files choose a model or permissions?

No. Files contain no model, permissions, workspace, or thread. Harnesses apply their own defaults to new tasks.
