Schedules

Documentation

Keep scheduled agent tasks in Git and sync them with supported harnesses.

Keep tasks with your repository

Store each task as a Markdown file in .agents/schedules/. The file holds its name, schedule, enabled state, and prompt. Git then tracks changes alongside the code and other work in that repository.

Install a schedule

npx agent-schedules add <owner/repo/name>

Read the prompt before installing it. Then use npx agent-schedules push <t3|codex|claude|pi> to register it with your harness.

Bridge files and harnesses

Harnesses do not read .agents/schedules/ directly. Use pull to write a harness's supported tasks to files, and push to create or update its tasks from files. Neither command deletes tasks. After editing a task in an app, pull it back and review the file changes.

You can also add a task from a public GitHub repository, then push it to a harness.
